MANTA POKER 3500 is an electro-welded monolithic frame.
Main motor 11 kW controlled by inverters to vary blade or tool revolutions from 600 to 6000 RPM. Standard blade ø450, other sizes upon request.
All axes powered by Brushless Motors with epicycloid reducers CNC-controlled (computer numerical control).
Frame and beam painted with ceramic paint guaranteeing a long lasting lifetime and an excellent resistance against corrosion, table hot-dip galvanized. Axis X, Y and Z movements by means of carriages with ball recirculating linear guides on rectified rails.
5 controlled interpolated axes to make round and elliptical cuts, or round and elliptical engravings in automatic mode.
Front threaded connection to the main motor for cutting wheels and drilling units. Automatic lubrication CNC-controlled.
Inner motor shaft chilling for grinding wheels and drilling units.
